Urgent help needed

I came here to take my Usmle step 2 cs and unfortunately I cam to know I failed and I have to retake it urgently to remain in next year residency program.
My i-94 expires on 4 th november please suggest me what should i do .
I will be very thankful to guys

As far as i know the dates are not available till Apr anyways ... you may be depending on something opening up, my advice leave now, keep checking the dates and fly here if you get one.

If you apply for extension you may jeopardise your visa and later J1 if you dont get H1.
