My associate and myself want to open a restaurant in Atlanta. We re french. A green card holder wants to invest with us.
What is the best solution for us, to be capable of work and stay in United States? Create the company and being sponsor by it?

If you want to invest it and stay in US, it is very E Z

If you invest $500K in the underserved area and provide employment for 10 people you are eligible for interim green card. If it a metro city $1M is required.

FYI, we re not gonna invest 500k or 1 M. We re not looking for a green card in the first time but getting sponsored by our own company ( 1 associate is american and the 2 others associates are french) so we re asking for a visa in the first part.

Any idea about the possibility of doing this ?
