    confusion reg b1 n h1

    hi to all
    i am holding b1 visa from company A or tenyers
    last year i visited Us in june.
    this year my h1 is filed by B company and my stamping date ll b on 15 th nov

    and company A wants me to send US by this month end on b1
    so is it possible after getting H1 can i travel to US on b1 for Company A.
    and i ll join in company B by jan2008
    so please tell me whether i use my b1 after h1 stamping

    The B1 visa is yours... it belongs to you, not to your company A.

    You can use your B1 visa for business purposes with ANY company.

        You are allowed to apply for entry. Whether you will be allowed to visit or not is up to the POE officer.
