How does VFS work? My visa was declined when I presented each and everything in the most honest way and they labelled me a job hopper because I changed three jobs in fourteen years. The VO asked couple of random questions, asked my current duration in the company which was just two months but I was hired as Asst. Vice President in the company and my company is a not a BEP but still a 200 crore public limited company.
The VO just looked at the computer and said that he couldn't offer me a visa so I'm just curious to know what he saw in the computer (except my forms) which made him refuse my visa or what do they enter when they reject the visa because I'll be going for my visa again in Decemeber (after one year gap).

well, first the VFS just handles the visa appointments and fee part the actual interview is at the consulate under US dept of state.

Second, the B1 is denied often and not exactly objective in its reasoning, your plan to retry after a year seems like a good one.
