B1 Rejected /impact on H1

Hi,
My B1 got rejected twice and this year i am planning for H1,is there any B1 Rejections impact on H1 Visa stamping?

When i went to B1 visa interview my company is not under BEP,now my company is listed under BEP.If i apply the B1 Visa now can i get visa easily?
What is the importance of BEP?

1. Generally No, if you are going for a H1. If you provided the true information, then you will not be in trouble. Though the VO may ask you question about the previous refusals.

2. BEP is a program that enable the companies, which frequently send its employees for consulate interview, with few privilages with the Consulate Interview. This program also helps the consulate, as the data about the BEP companies are stored in the Consulate Database for easier verification.

BEP, though helps in identifying the genuinity of the Company, it is not the company which is getting the visa. It is the individual who should be eligible to get the visa.

There is no reason to believe that an employee of a BEP company will get a visa easily. He need to qualify for a visa on his own merits.
