B1/B2 & H4 - Can I work with the same Employer?

Hi,

I have a BI/B2 - Business VISA for 10 years & also have recently got H4 VISA for next 2 years. I am planning to fly to US by Feb 2008 to live with mmy spouse.

Is there a possibility for me to work in the same company in the US. can I ask my employer to give me employment in US.

No.

You need an H1 visa for that.
