My case was rejected last week. I want to reapply in Feb (first week) 2008. My last rejection was just on the basis of seeing no other stamp in my passport and the VO just didn't even have a look at the documents which showed strong ties with India. I'm going again with the hope that VO will look at the doc (I own property, married and have a kid and they are in India) and meanwhile I'm going to Singapore in Jan and strong chances are that we'll get a Dubai Project and I'll goto Dubai also. Is there any chance that VO will look into the matter within such a short period of time? Someone told me that Singapore Stamp makes negative impact on getting US Visa, is it right?

I am not able to understand why Singapore stamp should be negative. Last February, i too had the same problem. However, i visited Singapore to get my MBA Certificate in Jan 08. I am applying for a business visa in February. Typically, they say that we should allow at least 6 months to go by. It is strange but getting US Visa is an experience.Comment
