I need information regarding the Business Visa. I am planning to have my uncle and his family to visit to USA to look for business first, then possibly investing the money. The requirement is to invest 500 thousand dollars in rural are and create 10 jobs. Does that investing ½ million from the pocket or can get loan from the bank, and he can pay the amount whatever bank requires. The 2nd question is that what documents, I need to show to the US embassy for the visitor visa to visit USA to look for business before investing. What kind visa, I should be requesting. I just starting on this really don’t know much. Please help me about the starting steps on this. Any response will be appreciated.
