IMP B1/B2 paperwork question !! Attn : PraetorianXI

Hi ,
As I have written earlier I am back from a 2 and half months visit from USA from my client.I am a artist for the covers of her books.Now this time I have designed a lot for her upcoming book,her already published book , her website , her music dvds etc. Now I am going to attend 4 fairs where we wd promote her 1st published book and talk to the publisher regarding some technicalities. I have to stay there for 4 and half months this time.I got a 3 months visa last time but I came back in 2 months as my work was done.

I am showing the following atthe time of the interview.Last time I applied for a B1/B2 visa and i wd apply for the4 same this time.

a) Letter to the Consulate from my client showing all dates of fairs and perpose of my visit.
b) Letter to Me from my client.
c) Original contract paper.
d) My art works that I have done for her.
c) My & my family financial position ( though my client is bearing all expenses as she has written in the letter to the consulate)
d) I am self employed here , thus other art works for my Indian clients.

I am not showing any I-134 from my client as they didnt want to see that last time too...only written that she is bearing all expenses did good for me.

So do you think I need to show anything else ??
I heard one who did come back from 1st visit within visa period isnt questioned at all ?? Is it true ??

that sounds good.

usually people who did not abuse their visa the first time will succeed in obtaining a new one. But it is all up to the CO/VO, specially since now you plan on staying longer and... I do not know how you handle the part where you are being paid by this, and with a visitor visa, you are no supposed to be working.

OKk to answer ur questions so hat I get out of queries...... i am not working for her . I am just finishing the process where I have done all the work online.....and I am just attending fairs , meet the publisher regarding some printng technicalities, doing some photoshots for some future projects etc etc............ also I am attending the fairs which wd be thru 4 and half months , thus i intend to stay that long .......... last time as u see i came back one month earlier to my visa date. Also I am not getting payed till the publisher gets the money from book sale.......so I am nt paid till date except she taking care of all my expenses .I wd get paid in the fitire after the books get sold. So do you think that wd create any problem ?? Last time i went thru B1/B2 visa .........
