Hello

I am an Indian Citizen and a Australian Permanent Resident since the last
2.5 years.

I have been workin in a small wholesale company here who started a small office in USA with a local partner last year, I have 10 Y B1/B2 Visa.
I have been to USA 4 times untill now since last April (visa issued in feb
06) each visit has been 4-6 weeks. I am currently in USA my I -94 expires in 7 weeks and I have to go back to Australia this weekend but have to be back here in 3-4 weeks for a duration of 4-5 weeks.

Please let me know if it is safe to do so and will I have any problems
while entering the USA. What precautions need to be taken?

Can they raise any objection since visits are frequent? What
precautions/preperations have to be done.. if so?

Frequent visits are not a problem. Only if they try to stay more time in US
than outside US, that is a problem.

I would have lived 22 weeks in US startin from 15th April 06 till this
weekend. Then comin back in 3-4 weeks. You think thats something to be cautious? Cant they object as to why I went back when they already provided me entry till 1st week june. Can they interpret it as comin back to stay back for longer?

What do you think the worst they will do in this case? because I need to
make a decision by today itself.

It is difficult to say.

Worst thing that can happen is they send you back.

When can I come again if they send me back?

I will be needing to apply for my L-1 later this year. Can that have an
impact on that?
