Query on extension of B-1 Visa

Dear Sir / Madam,

Very Good Morning.

I have a query regarding my extension of my B-1 Visa. I came here from India for a Business Meeting (B-1 Visa) on Nov 21, 2007. My Visa period is for 3 months. So as per rule, i need to go back to India by Feb 21, 2008. But now my company wants to extend my Visa for the period of another 12 weeks maximum.

If suppose, i got the extension, is there any problem while coming back to US agian in B-1 Visa itself at the Port Of Entry (POE)? Also, is there any problem if i again applying for my L1 / H1 Visas?

Please help me on this query ASAP.

1. That really depends upon why you want to extend B1 visa.

2. Shouldn't be a problem in L1/H1 visa.

Thanks for your information. But still i am confused with the first point you mentioned. Could you please explain that point again.

This is the first time, i am coming to US. So the first time itself if suppose, i got the extension (by giving valid reasons for extension), is there be any problem on my next visit through B-1 visa?
