Change of employer

Hi,

My nanny has a R B1 visa valid from Dec 2006 to Dec 2008. It was issued as a Domestic Helper Visa for a previous employer (details in the Notation). It is a Multiple entry visa. Will she need another visa now she is travelling with my family?
