Hi,
I am a software professional working for well known MNC which is also BEP, I have been asked by my company to go to US for approx two weeks and company will be taking care of all the expenses. It is also on a very short notice as I have to reach US for auditing on 18 Feb, my only problem is that I have a 3 year old daughter whom I want to accompany me along with my husband.
My husband and my daughter's expenses will be our personal responsibility. so I want to know that whether they can accompany me on my scheduled appointment for Business visa or they have to take appointment separately. I asked somebody, they said my husband and daughter cannot accompany me on my appointment date with the US embassy as I am going on official visit, so they have to book appointment for a day or two later than mine and then by showing my visa to the embassy, they have to say we want to join her.
Please help us out, we really need your help.
