Can I visit US on B1/B2(business visa)

I have a B1/B2 visa stamped from my company with 10 years validity and visa type R. I travelled to US earlier on B1 visa for a short duration of 2+ months for an assignment. Can I travel to US as a visitor on the same Visa or doi I have to apply again for a fresh visitors visa?
Please let me know.

yes, you can use the same visa. B1/B2 means you can use it for both business(B1) as well visits(B2).
