    Hi

    It would really help if u take ur bank records and tax documents. Especially some advice from professinals. Do mention a 3 month itinerary though u r eligible to stay in the US for 90 days upon arrival, ask for a minumum period.

      I have asked our chartered accountant to provide me with a certified balance sheet of our company.

      Does that suffice the requirement ?

        Please be advised that your answers to their questions are more imp. than all the documents.
        Since your company and you both are young, they will want to know ;

        *a concrete plan
        on paper what you want to achieve with your visit
        .

        *Genuine letters from hosts in US detailing the activities.

        *Duration of stay should match the purpose. I think 3 month is too long and will result in a denial.

        Too many documents carried by you will make you confused when the officer asks for any one of them. The most important documents they will ask are, your company brochure, balance sheets , tax returns ( yours and your company's) and a plan of your activities in US with letters from US.
