how to show the property worth here ?do we have to carry copies of documents or any opinion from lawyer?

For a visitor visa ,they do not look at any property documents, in fact hardly any documents are looked at; they will decide on the basis of what you tell them verbally. But it is still safe to carry all documents in case something is asked for. For a property worth, carry a copy of the ownership deed and an assessment of market value by a real estate lawyer.

Property originals are never looked at by the VO as many times they arewritten in such a way that no one understands the handwriting. The networth statement by a qualified person like a CA on a letterhead which lists all the assets is a good document. From my experience, this is also rarely looked at but a good to have document.
