how shud b the invitation letter from my cousin?i am applying for B1visa to give my "usmle step2 cs examination".my interview date has come much nearer,i need ur replies very soon.thanking you all.

shud the invitation letter be written on paper or can i have print out from the mail from my cousin.

They may not even ask for the invitation letter because they will focus on more important questions but still it is better to have the original. If you do not have much time, get it faxed with a copy of his passport and visa.
Fax will get his signature but email will not.
