B1 visa interview question PLZ help...!!!

I am going to attend B1 visa interview. My brother and sister also reside in USA. What should i reply to visa officer if he asks about any family members in usa? <I may also attend H1 visa interview soon, hence PLS help me in providing the best answer which will help me to get through both the interviews...!!!>
