B1 Visa

I know of a person from new zealand that applied for a B1 visa through her job came to states few times on business matter and than this year she quit her job in NZ, and arrived to the states with this B1 visa . she has been here now for 7 months , and is pregnant by a married man, question: can she be in the states with a previous job B1 visa? #2. How long are B1 visas for??? # 3 does this visa require health insurance? In this country we have so many illegal already on welfare we dont need any more to add to the pot.

1. Yes, as long as it is not expired.
2. She can stay until the date written on her I-94 form when she entered the US.
