Hi Everyone,
I have applied for a B1 visa for a training with companys invitation letter but visa got rejected for following reasons:
1. I havent done any European trips earlier.
2. I am a new joinee of this company (just 2 months only) so chances of become an illegal migrant are more. I joined in the middle east branch of the American company but training is very much required to start the job.
Now my company is asking me to apply again without delay as the training is very much required to start the job in Middle East. they have send another letter addressed to the consulate detailing the importance of training and how it affects if I do not get a visa.
Please advise whether this is OK to grant a visa. Also what other supportings I can provide to make them confident in my matter.
