I am an Indian medical graduate presently in London. I applied for a B1 visa for my step 2 CS examination which needs to be taken in the US. This exam is a prerequisite for entry into postgraduate medical education in the US.
I produced all the documents required and evidence to show that I would come back to UK after my exam, but they rejected the visa saying that this exam is not going to be useful in the UK.
I am considering on reapplying from London. I am producing extra documents of my properties in India and wish to say that I would ultimately go back to India after my studies.
I need advice as to how reliable it is to apply from London showing my Indian properties or should I go to India to apply for the visa. Is there any success story of anyone who applied for CS exam visa from London and is issued the visa..
