Hi,

My friend is travelling on B1 to PHX and his petition and visa has the details of phx address. Since he is travelling on thanks giving weekend - I thought of requesting him to spend the weekend on Newyork and then travel to PHX. Will there be any immigration issues when he enters US in the NewYork airport with the Phoenix petition ? Please help me undersstand any kind of immigration issues associated with my plan

As long as he has an air ticket to the destination in the following days, he can chose to land in NY, spend time and go to the final destination. No issues.

I got a 10 yr multiple entry visa through my employer as i was planning to travel for internal meetings to Washington DC (sep 2009). My visa application stated all these details. The business trip got postponed.

Now in Dec 2009, I am planning a personal trip to Charlotte, NC. Will I be in trouble at the Port of entry? My visa does not have any annotation saying that I should only be going to DC...
