    H1 on process of renewal, B1 is applied

    Hi All,

    My H1b has ben expired in oct 2009 and right now i am in india. My employer is on process of renewal. in the mean time due to some urgent business requirements, i need to travel, so they applied a business visa. can any one help what will be questions by the consulate members on this?
