Dear Sir or Madam,
My US Visa application (B1/ B2) Application was rejected on 25th Aug 09 under section 214 (b). I have re scheduled the VISA interview on 17th November 09 again.
Frankly speaking; there are no significant change in circumstances because my intentions of appearing for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is very clear. I have received the Notice to Schedule from New Hampshire State Board of Accountancy.
If I Fax/ Courier/ E mail the covering letter mentioning the reasons that why I am not a possible immigrant and there are many opportunities available in India; Will this have an impact on my case?
Please help me! I am very tensed about it because I have invested Rupees 1,60,000/- in the course and its not refundable.
