B1 Rejected-any impact on H1

I am Wilson

Got my h1 approved, but worried about visa stamping
The reason behind is, i was rejected for F1 2 years before, then i applied b1 last year through my company 2 times to attend a conference.
Unfortunately both times i was rejected. I beleive the reason was 214(b)

Now I am planning to get H1B visa get stamped
Would the past rejection history have impact on my H1.
Does the consulate has all the record of my passport since 2 years?

I request anyone to help me out on this issue and suggest me

Unless the rejection reason was due to some major issues, those rejections are not a problem for H1 stamping.

I believe it wasnt a major issue, as they even didnt see or ask for my papers.
They asked me few questions, thats it. the questions were

where ru going n y?
what is ur company all about n ur designation.
Whats your job nature n salary.

actually my salary includes basic+incentives. it varies every month.
I beleive the VO was not clear about that. May b that should be the reason for denial.

Would that be a major issue?
VO office even asked me that last month your salary was different n now it differs. I told her that it depends upon the incentives.But she wasnt convinced.

Rejection of B1/B2 visa

Hi!

I have appeared for B1/B2 for first time, my visa was rejected.
Here is what happened:

Which company u are working for?
I responded with my company name and its location

Since when have you been working?
I have been working there since 3 years

Whats you pay?
Its 2 lakhs per annum

Next he just gave my passport and said your visa has been rejected.

This was an absurd.. i wasnt even asked the reason for travel nor asked to present any docs, i need to attend training by my company sponsorship at client place.

However; now when can i re-apply, can i apply immediately or say after 3 months..

please help me!!
