    L1B got rejected, Applied for B1

    Hi,

    My L1B visa got rejected on 28th jan 2009 and i have applied for B1 visa today.
    What are the chances to get it approved??

    That really depends upon why L1 was rejected. And are you applying for B1 through the same employer?

      Well my L1B visa was rejeted cos of my less work experience... Yes, I am applying for the B1 through the same employer... Please help me to know the chances of selection this time.
