Hi,
I need some information about I-539. I plan to come to US on H1 pretty soon. My father passed away a few years back and being the only son, my 64 year old mother is completely dependent on me. I know that she cannot be granted a dependent VISA like my wife and daughter. Can I bring her to US on B1 and then apply an extension by way of I-539? Would it be approved or would there be hassles there in?
