Hi
I have been applied for B1 visa to attend a meeting in our US head office, but i have been refused to give the visa, first time when i was refused i thought I have not shown the evidence or convinced that i will be back after meeting. Hence i collected all other documents like endorsed my spouse name in passport, and i was earlier planned to visit Malaysia. so got the ticket copy to show them that i will be back after meeting is over in US and fly to Malaysia.
But when I went second time it was refused again staying that i was only three months old employee with the current company.
Is there any rule that when employees are eligible to apply for the B1 visa, or if I need to reapply what document I should carry.
