Hi friends,
It was a shocking and unexpected to listen from the visa officer "This time we will not be able provide visa for you". My state of mind after hearing this is just unexplainable with mix of pain and disappointment , lost hope ... i had even planned for journey to US the next night.
I didnot find any single solid reason to reject.
I went to the counter, confident and natural. said "Hi". The visa officer in rply said "Hello". Just before my interview my colleague for the same proj had applied and was approved visa. As he saw my visa application in the computer, he exclaimed "from abc?" he remembered my colleague who was granted visa sometime back..... he started
VO: what is your project about?
me: CRM
VO: what is that?
me: customer relationship management
VO: how long u hav been with abc?
me: 1 month
VO: 1 month !!!! exclaimed the officer.
me: ya, one of the client's req matches exactly with my prior experience hence i was chosen.
VO started typing something on the computer.....
VO: where were you working prior to abc?
me:replied xyz
VO:what is your current salary?
me: 45K per month.
VO: At this time, we will not be able to provide you visa.
Please let me know what was wrong with my answers and i took my int as natural and confident, didn stammer or anything .... while my colleague were nervous and still got thru .. wht is the reason.... ? cn we know what did the vo comment in the appl. form.?
