My friend is going to his interview tomorrow for business visa. Earlier his H1 and B visa was refused with 221g and 214b (prior to 2008). he has his siblings in the states. they are in the process of moving back to the home country. The company suggested mentioning 'NO' for 'relatives in US at present'. Will they link with the previous DS and ask any questions? Can he just tell them they moved back. whats best at this point? Can he do a new DS160 now? Will they link/verify to relatives in one's application? Can he just say they moved if asked?
