Can scheduling B1 visa VO interview within 1 month with Destination update workable?

Hi, I was rejected in first attempt. I am reapplying as my designation has upgraded to next level. Written the same under Role and Responsibilities. But same destination and trip schedule. Will there be any problem? How to tackle VO and convince about continuing second round of Interview?
