I already have a B1/B2 visa which was give to me when I was underage. This Visa was give to me because of my fathers business back in 2001. I was give a 10 year visa which is going to expire in 2011.. I am now of legal age and I was wondering what are the chances of me recieving this visa again?
I asked my mom and she told me that people don't recieve this visa very often anymore and no one gets it for 10 years.. back n 2001 when I entered the USA I was allowed a 6 months stay... will that still happen?
Now here is where my story gets complicated.. I have dual citizenship and currently reside in Canada. My USA Visa is on my south american passaport.
Should I apply for the B1 with my canadian passaport?
Also as a Canadian I want to apply for a o1 VISA, but I have no "artistic excellence" I am an actor just not one hat has made a lot of money out of it.
According to my B1 I can do business meeting down in the USA but I cna not WORK in the entertainment business which is makes sense, but does that mean that when I leave canada and enter to the USA I must enter with my South American Passaport?
I know I can enter the USA without problem by being canadian but I then can't do business??
Thanks,
D.
PS: I know there isn't a thing such a south american passaport, but I wasn't sure if I should disclose which country I have one from...
