Can I invite my mom on visitor visa which is been sponsored by my Brother in law?

Hi,
I am new to this forum.
I am planning to invite my mother to stay with us for couple of months.
She already has visitor visa validity till 2012 which was sponsored by my Brother-in-Law, when he was here. Since my BIL left country, and my mom still has visa till 2012, can she come directly with out any visa interview or any other supporting documents.
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
