Passport Name discrepancy

Hi,

My Name in my passport and all my educational certificates is spelled as

S VAMSI KRISHNA.

Whereas my name is spelled as S VAMSHI KRISHNA in all my employment certificates.

I cannot change either data .

Now my current company wants to process B1 for me.

Which spelling I should use to avoid rejection while process Visa. ?

Pls. advice.
