getting 'can't reach this page' error while filling DS160 for B1

hi,
I am filling DS160 for B1 visa, I am getting error like can't reach this page while I'm filling work education details.

anyone faced same issue?
I tried multiple times in last 24hrs but no use. I checked in different browsers, different laptops and different network.

Try again now. I guess there was some technical problem before some time as well.
