    Pls help

    Hi Guys,

    This is Shoban from chennai. I would really appreciate if someone could help me on this.
    I would be attending the visa interview (B1) within the next 2 weeks.I was rejected for b1 visa in Nov-2007. Now the issue is I have misplaced the letter that they give when the reject and I dont remember under what clause I was rejected. I dont know what to answer them when they ask "why where you rejected earlier". Is there any way to track by using your passport # or some other way. Pls advice. I'm desperate here. Thank you in advance.

    There are only two reasons:
    Potential Immigrant
    Incomplete Documents

    Most likely, you would have been rejected under the first reason.

      Dear Sir,

      Thank you for the reply. Is there anyway to find out under which clause ex 214b or g I would have been rejected.
