    Hi All,

    In my Passport, the Surname field is Blank.

    So, in my online application form, which of the following should I write?

    Surnames: Mithun Gonsalvez
    Given Names: FNU
    --OR--
    Surnames: LNU
    Given Names: Mithun Gonsalvez
