Hi,
While in US on a B1 Visa, I accidently ended up destroying my Indian passport and the B1 Visa (washed in the washing machine). The I94 was also destroyed.
I got a new passport from the Indian embassy in Washington and returned to India subsequently. This happened in 2008.
Now my employer (I have not changed jobs) is again asking to get a B1 Visa.
What is the process?
I am having a photocopy for the old, destroyed visa and the passport. Will it help in any way? Will it be required?
What about I94? Will it create problem? It was destroyed...
I have been to US thrice earlier and I didn't submit the I94 at any time.
Thanks for all the guidance.
