B1 Visa Question

Required to travel to US for work next month from Canada. Performing training and attending meetings. Based on Canadian payroll will be there for 3 weeks.

Will there be any concerns regarding the performing training https://9apps.ooo/ aspect.

"Canadian Payroll" is nebulous. Is this a non-US company?
