    Am I considered a TCN?

    I live in a foreign country than my own for 12 years on a work permit. I have a stable job for more than 6 years, a car, a house, my 2 children who live with me. Have an interview scheduled for a B1/B2

    Will I still be considered as a TCN?

    Not 100% sure, but TCN is considered person living in Canada/Mexico on non-immigrant visa.

      I mean as a third country national, as in someone applying from a different country than their own/the one he has more ties to
