My boyfriend was married to a US citizen. they married in 2008. they only lived together for 2 months after marriage before he had to move back to his home country Egypt. He married her when he was in the states on student visa. They never filed spouse visa. They got divorce last Septemper. Will that affect his application for student or tourist visa to the US in the future? Will the fact that he will be asked by his company to attend training help?
