B1/B2 visa gets cancelled when granted an L2 Visa ???

I am on LIB visa in the US and my wife has a 10 years multiple entry B1/B2 visa.She is in India for delivery of our first child.I have a few question for her return

1.My Visa expires in April 2011,but have an valid I94 until October 2011.

2.My wife has the B1/B2 visa which she got before our marrige,Can we apply B1/B2 visa for my new born child so that he can come along with my wife to the US in April'2011 and stay with me for 6 months

She also has a L2 visa which she got after our marriage,but had a B1/B2 before our marriage.Does her B1/B2 visa gets cancelled when she was given an L2 Visa after our marriage?
