B1/B2 visa stamping time

Hi,

I am about to attend one conference in USA (22-27th jan). My visa interview date is 19.01.2011(10.00 a.m.),but i already booked the ticket on 20.01.2011(6.00 p.m) it is possible to get stamped passport before the departure, if i got visa.
