B1 Visa Application- Need help

I have been selected in an US based company which is going to start its wholly owned subsidiary in India. The company is still under construction and expects to start the operation in 3 months. They want me to undergo training in US before the construction is over. I have got my invitation letter for training and meeting in the USA. I have resigned my current job and am on notice period. I may not be an employee of my current company on the date of US Visa interview, if I take the date of my relieving.

What should I mentioned as my current employer details in DS-160? Do I need to mention future employee name or does it give some other option?

I will be the first employee of this company in India and will be joining the prospective employer on 1st of July 2011.

Kindly clarify me. Thanks in Advance.
