My company planning for b1 Visa for me, I came to know that these days the VISA is issued with a validity of only 3 to 6 months and only single entry as compared to earlier 10 years with Multiple entry .Is it True?
I will be appearing for VISA in India ? please let me know what are the chances of getting the B1 VISA after this Infy Scandal, me being a genuine case with all correct documents?
Do people still getting 10 years or 5 years B1 VISA or only 3 to 6 months VISA ? (I am got asking about the max stay in US which is granted at Port of Entry but the VISA tenure which is issued intially itself in the consulate during our interview)
