Hello friends,
I started my professional career from July 2009 with Company C1 (name changed). Company C1 applied for my L1 Visa in October 2010. Unfortunately, it got rejected. Reason being they were not convinced with my specialized knowledge and they asked me to apply for H1B Visa. but Company C1 didn't have the policy for H1B Visa, hence I didn't try after that.
Then, in December 2010, I left Company C1 and joined Company C2 (again name changed). Now, C2 wants me to apply for Business Visa B1. Before starting the process, I thought I should consult with you guys who are more experienced and can suggest me the right things.
Please let me know whether I should go for B1 Visa now or should I wait for some more time. Also, if I should go for B1 Visa now, how my last L1 rejection can affect this process?
