Hi There!
i am a Malawian Citizen in Africa, i am a freelance Graphics Designer and Web Developer, i have been in this business for 2 years now, one of my clients has recently offered me a job that would require me to go to the U.S to study a short course for not more than 3-6 months, i am curious as to what type of visa is required. Which one do i apply for and what type of support documentation do i need.
Also does the fact that i have only just been employed affect my eligibility in any way.
And just to add on to this i currently do have some relatives in the U.S a brother and a sister who are U.S citizens and will be accommodating during my stay there.
