I already asked this question under C1D visa questions and I didn't get any answer. Since I am really searching for answer I am posting it here hoping that somebody will answer me

I would be very grateful if I get answer on these questions
I was working as a crew member from December 2010 till February 2012. At that time I was also issued B1/B2 visa that I didnt use
First time I used it was in February 2012 when I resigned working as a crew member and I spend 21 day of vacation in US (ofcourse using B1/B2 visa)
My question is next:
Validity of C1D visa that I have is for 5 years. I am wondering now when I am not working as a crew member anymore and I am planning to visit US (on B1/B2 visa) will that C1D visa in my passport cause me any additional questions with immigration officer?
Do I need to get new passport (to remove it from my passport)?
Since there is a rule that you can not spend more then 6 months out of 12 in US, does it mean that I was spending more time in US although I was working on C1D visa (that is only for spending time on water not on land) Or this is only concerning when you visit country on B1/B2 visa?
