B1 Invitation Letter - Please Help

We are a small business company in Missouri - we have outsourced our development to a company in Chennai, India. We are in the process of inviting the project manager who works for that company. My idea is that we need to send two documents one to US Consulate and the second to the person whom we are inviting. Would be great if you could post a template for these two documents - I searched the internet and found templates that cater other sections (not software outsourcing).

Based on the samples you have found, you have to make one that fits your exact situation. You are unlikely to find something with that much exact match that you can just copy/paste. Any way, you should never blindly copy/paste such samples because you run the risk of rejection.
