Change in invite letter and DS160 Application form

Hi,
My Visa interview date is on 31st May. I have done all bookings and all. But i got my confirmed invite letter from my manager now only. The application i submitted and the inivte letter has different approval name. the date of travel is also changed in the invite letter. i have a given a tentative date in the application. WIll this be a reason for visa rejection? Please let me know. I need this info asap. Advance thanks.
